Expert quality, social working conditions and a sustainable environmental policy. This is what Friedrich Friedrich stands for. We guarantee our customers this with certificates and measures that go far beyond the demands posed by the legislator.
AMÖ certificate
The German Federal Association of Movers and Logistics (AMÖ) has been representing the interests of German removal companies for 130 years. Friedrich Friedrich is among the selected removal companies that are organised in the association with the rolling kangaroo and it commits itself to compliance with the “ten commandments”.
In April 2013, with regard to the granting of the AMÖ-certificates, fundamental changes were decided on for removal companies. Since 2014, the SVG Zertifizierngsdienst GmbH has been auditing the compliance with the quality criteria of removal companies on site. Within this context, numerous requirements must be complied with.
TÜV certification in accordance with ISO 9001
All DMS member companies are voluntarily TÜV certified. More than 80 company operations are active throughout Germany. By means of this, resources can be bundled and uniform quality standards can be provided. A stringent set of rules ensure that the conditions for granting the TÜV certification are complied with at all times. Also see the mission statement quality policy (german) and mission statement occupational safety measures (german).
Environmental management system ISO 14001
We are sustainably geared for people, the environment and technology. And for your life cycle assessment. The environment certification in accordance with 14001 confirms a company complies with a corporate environmental policy, environmental objectives and an environmental programme, as well as a corresponding management system. By regularly conducted audits, continual improvement is guaranteed so as to attain the environmental objectives that have been set. Also see policy statement environmental management system.
Only about 7,000 companies in Germany may currently hold the exclusive ISO 14001 certificate (status: 2012)
Occupational safety management system (AMS)
Friedrich Friedrich is the first removal company in Germany to attain the coveted seal of approval by BG Verkehr in 2014. To guarantee compliance with the requirements of BG Verkehr, all operational procedures are tested regarding compliance with health and safety at work. This includes, among others, an efficient occupational safety policy, the clear allocation of responsibilities, regular qualifying measures for employees, inspection of work equipment, documentation and evaluation of minor as well as "almost accidents” to avoid possible health hazards in connection with hazard assessments.
Solvency certificate
In November 2014, Friedrich Friedrich successfully completed the comprehensive credit reform certification procedure, and its good credit standing was confirmed. With the solvency index, the rating agency Creditreform evaluates the probability of a company default. A numerical scale, which ranges from 100 (outstanding solvency) to 600 (insufficient solvency), assigns a rank to the participating company. Following an exhaustive certification procedure, Friedrich Friedrich was certified a good solvency ranking with 201 points – a performance that by far exceeds the average of other medium-sized companies.
